This policy explains how brandmodal handles information when businesses use our platform, including website tools, Campaign Studio, and connected social channels.

Information we collect

We collect account information, business profile details, website content, uploaded media, campaign drafts, scheduling choices, support messages, and technical information needed to operate the service.

When you connect a social account, we may receive profile, Page, Instagram professional account, channel, scheduling, publishing, and analytics information made available through Meta, Postiz, or other connected publishing providers.

How we use information

  • Provide, secure, and improve brandmodal.
  • Build and maintain business websites, brand memory, and campaign content.
  • Connect authorized social channels and schedule approved posts.
  • Sync publish status and performance analytics for owner-visible reporting.
  • Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse.

Social account permissions

brandmodal does not ask for or store your social account password. Social connections are authorized through provider OAuth flows and the Postiz publishing runtime.

We use connected-channel permissions only to list authorized channels, schedule or publish content you approve, manage scheduled posts, and read limited status or analytics signals for reporting.

Sharing and processors

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate brandmodal. These may include hosting, database, storage, email, analytics, AI generation, and social publishing infrastructure providers.

For connected social channels, information may be exchanged with Meta platforms and the Postiz runtime to complete authorization, scheduling, publishing, cancellation, status sync, and analytics sync.

Retention

We keep information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, maintain audit records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

You can request deletion of account or social connection data as described on our Data Deletion page.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we limit access to operationally necessary systems and personnel.
