What happens when my trial ends?
On day 10 we'll email you a reminder. On day 14, if you haven't picked a plan, your site stays in your account but goes private — no billing, no surprise charges. Pick Starter or Growth whenever you're ready and your site goes live again with everything intact.
Who's on the team at each plan?
Trial and Growth include the full team: Alex, Maya, Theo, and Iris. Starter includes Alex (onboarding + brand chat), Theo (site edits), and Iris (monthly readouts) — Maya joins when you upgrade to Growth and Campaign Studio unlocks. Pro adds priority routing across all four.
What's GEO and why is it on Growth?
GEO is generative engine optimization — being recommended when someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, or Google's AI overview to find a business like yours. Maya optimizes your content for it; Theo implements the structured data and metadata that AI crawlers read. Most builders only optimize for Google search. We optimize for both.
What's Campaign Studio?
It's where Maya plans, drafts, schedules, and publishes your social posts and offers — connected to your brand voice and your goals. On Growth she handles 30 posts a month across your connected channels. On Pro (waitlist), she also manages paid ads.
What does Iris actually do?
Iris reads your campaign performance, post analytics, website analytics, and lead signals every week, and sends you a plain-English readout: what's working, what isn't, what to change next. On Growth, she automatically routes follow-up work to Maya and Theo so the next campaign and the next site change reflect what she learned.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel or downgrade from your dashboard whenever you like. If you cancel a paid plan, your site, brand memory, and content all stay in your account.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Not yet — annual plans with two months free are coming. We'll notify everyone on a paid plan when they're live.
