Data Deletion
Use this page to request deletion of brandmodal account data or data associated with connected social channels.

How to request deletion
Email hello@brandmodal.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include the email address on your brandmodal account, your business name, and any connected social account or Page name that should be removed.
If you are requesting deletion for a connected Meta, Facebook, or Instagram account, you may also disconnect the channel from brandmodal Settings before emailing us.
What we delete
- Connected social channel records and local publishing access for the requested channel.
- Stored social scheduling, status, and analytics records that are no longer needed to provide the service or meet legal, billing, security, or audit obligations.
- Account, business, media, campaign, or website data associated with your brandmodal workspace when you request full workspace deletion and we can verify authority over the workspace.
Timing
We will acknowledge deletion requests after receipt and may ask for information to verify account ownership or workspace authority.
Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or dispute-resolution reasons.
Provider-side data
Deleting brandmodal data does not automatically delete content already published to Facebook, Instagram, or another third-party service. You may need to remove published content directly from the social platform.
If you revoke brandmodal or Postiz access from your Meta account, brandmodal will no longer be able to publish to that channel, but you should still contact us if you want related brandmodal records deleted.
